Since 2002, Micheale has held senior technology leadership roles at sell-side, buy-side, and product firms including Balyasny, Beacon Platform, JP Morgan, UBS, and Deutsche Bank. She cut her teeth as an engineer coding high performance systems in assembly, C++, and Java and led truly agile development teams before the agile manifesto.
